Saturday: first practice, 3 miles PV hills
Sunday: rest
Monday: am barre class
Tuesday: run 30 minutes around neighborhood
Wednesday: pm barre class
Thursday: pm spin class (787 calories?!?!)
Friday: must rest
week two (6/5 - 6/11)
Saturday: second practice, 4 miles PV big hills
Sunday: lovely bike ride on the strand - dockweiler beach to manhattan pier and back
Monday: pm barre class
Tuesday: morning 45 minute run around Polliwog
Wednesday: rest!
Thursday: am 20 min run around neighborhood, pm barre class
Friday: am run along strand with headwind
week three (6/12-6/18) *out of town*
Saturday: ditched third practice, but ran slow 6 miles in PV
