hello?

Hi!  I'm new!  Am I late...you know, for this blogging thing?

I figure most people picked up on this years ago and have either abandoned their blogs, or have established themselves over the years and now have very mature blogs and well-defined groups of blog friends.  But whatever...HERE I AM!  Hiiii!

I've actually been carefully plotting the start of my new blog for some time now.  I've been quietly "lurking" (a term I learned while lurking) through other people's blogs for some ideas for my own blog, and mostly I've just learned that there's still a whole heckofalot I need to learn.  I made a blog to-do list, check it out! 

Blog To Do (in no particular order):

find other blogs to read
quit lurking on them
learn about feeds
learn about google reader
learn about wordpress
pick a cool domain name
read some blogs
join 20something bloggers
find a sweet template
come up with a creative design
take some pictures already!
"dress my blog"
poladroid
how to make collages

So tell me, what am I missing? Other than real content that you might wanna read...
